Documentation of progress and active participation in IEP meetings are essential components of this role. Youll be serving a middle school population, fostering growth for students at a pivotal stage in their academic journey.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Rhode Island
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatrics, particularly within a school-based or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage documentation efficiently and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
