Job Description

Make an immediate impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with pediatric populations in a local school setting. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before the start date
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF applicants are welcome
  • Clinical experience in assessment and treatment of pediatric populations, preferably within a school environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in alignment with school or district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and specialists to support students unique needs
  • Provide input and support around communication strategies in the classroom
  • Educate staff and families about speech and language disorders and recommended interventions
