Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with IEP processes and writing clear, measurable goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
• Support classroom teachers with strategies and recommendations for language development
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet each students needs
