Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with IEP processes and writing clear, measurable goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
- Support classroom teachers with strategies and recommendations for language development
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet each students needs
