Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or eligibility
• Previous experience providing speech therapy services to school-aged children is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and staff
• Knowledge of evaluation tools and the ability to develop and implement individualized plans for students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with a broad range of communication disorders
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communication with parents and staff
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise for student planning and success
• Educate teachers and families on strategies to support students communication skills in the classroom and at home
