Make an impact each day by supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Eastern Houston area. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to work onsite in a welcoming school setting, serving either elementary or secondary students. The position is full-time, with a highly flexible scheduleenjoy the convenience of working from home two days per month.
What were seeking:
- Active SLP license in Texas
- Experience providing speech therapy services in a school-based environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage caseloads in either an elementary or secondary school setting
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to address individual student needs
- Documenting treatment progress and maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Contributing to IEP meetings and supporting the overall educational team
