Qualifications:
- Active and valid Maryland SLP license
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy, pediatric, and school-based speech-language pathology
- CCC or CFY status welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Position Details:
- Full-time contract role (hours per week: full-time)
- Work with a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
- Partner closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and individualized strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Support students academic success and communication skills
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP goal setting
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
