Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Maryland SLP license
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy, pediatric, and school-based speech-language pathology
  • CCC or CFY status welcome
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Position Details:

  • Full-time contract role (hours per week: full-time)
  • Work with a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
  • Partner closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and individualized strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Support students academic success and communication skills
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP goal setting
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
