Desired Background:
- Experience working with school-aged populations
- Ability to serve students across the district
- Proficient with assessment, therapy, documentation
- Comfortable working independently at a designated school
- Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License and PEL required
- Fingerprinting required prior to start
- CFY candidates encouraged; virtual supervision available
Role Highlights:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to diverse age groups (522)
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in team meetings
- Manage caseloads as assigned in a caseload-based, district-wide model
- Complete documentation, reports, and compensatory services (as needed)
- Contract position, part-time (1114 hours/week); full-time available if open to compensatory hours
- Flexible scheduling is available; assignment runs through May 2026
