Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students speech and language development
• Create tailored intervention programs to address individual student needs
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to children in accordance with IEPs
• Document progress and maintain organized records on case management
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, develop goals, and provide recommendations
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
