Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience providing speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with current best practices and regulations in school-based therapy
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop tailored therapy plans and update IEPs in accordance with student goals and school requirements
