Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is highly valued
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset and collaborative approach

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans to address communication, language, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and other educational professionals to ensure students needs are met
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the creation of individualized education plans
• Maintaining accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and required documentation
• Providing direct therapy services to students per their IEPs/goals
