Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid California SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
  • Teletherapy skills and adaptability with digital platforms
  • Commitment to best practices and current methodologies in speech therapy
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, articulation, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Deliver both in-person and teletherapy services, as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
  • Effectively communicate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support planning
  • Offer consultation and resources to support classroom teachers and staff
