Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings (pre-K to 8th grade preferred)
  • Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency highly desirable

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across a single school site
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team sessions
  • Support culturally and linguistically diverse student populations

Role Details:

  • Contract position during the 20262027 school year
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 8:00am4:00pm
  • Multiple openings; serve one school site within an innovative learning community
