Requirements & Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads is highly valued
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide evidence-based interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Flexibility and reliability in managing a varied caseload
  • Enthusiasm for supporting students success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support classroom learning
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation for assessments, progress, and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team problem-solving
