In this position, youll enjoy a steady 37.5-hour work week dedicated to managing both direct and indirect speech-language services. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborating closely with educators and families to support each childs progress. Whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or have strong pediatric and healthcare backgrounds, your skills will have a valuable impact every day.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active California SLP License or valid CA CTC certification required
  • Prior experience in school or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
  • Skilled in managing IEPs, assessments, and goal planning for elementary-aged students
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-centered therapy practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy for students, adapting interventions to fit individual needs
  • Complete evaluations and assessments with professional accuracy and compassion
  • Develop, review, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and teachers to maximize student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and state requirements
