Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CA SLP License required (CCC credential preferred)
• Prior school-based experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grades
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
• Provide consultation, resources, and training to school staff as needed
• Stay current with best practices and state guidelines for school-based speech-language pathology
