Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CA SLP License required (CCC credential preferred)
- Prior school-based experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
- Provide consultation, resources, and training to school staff as needed
- Stay current with best practices and state guidelines for school-based speech-language pathology
