What youll bring:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CF welcome)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but motivated clinicians are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Excellent organization and documentation skills to meet state and district requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, onsite speech and language therapy services to K12 students
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with Florida and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
