Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as an SLP.
• Open to CFs or experienced professionals.
• Strong communication skills to work with students, families, and staff.
• Comfortable working across various age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Passion for fostering communication and supporting student growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support teams to maximize student success.
• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal setting.
