Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as an SLP.
- Open to CFs or experienced professionals.
- Strong communication skills to work with students, families, and staff.
- Comfortable working across various age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school students.
- Passion for fostering communication and supporting student growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support teams to maximize student success.
- Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal setting.
