Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families across diverse backgrounds
• Prior experience within educational settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver both individual and group therapeutic interventions in alignment with IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and parents to support student progress
• Provide comprehensive records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and educational standards
• Offer guidance and training to classroom staff as needed
• Employ evidence-based practices to maximize student engagement and outcomes
