You will provide support and therapy to students, addressing a range of communication needs in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Active California SLP Licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Proficiency working with pediatric populations
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students on caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Adapt therapy techniques to best support each student, whether in-person or via teletherapy
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
- Manage a full caseload with flexibility, supporting students across various age groups
