Job Description
A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing 35 hours per week supporting elementary students in a school setting located in Oxnard, CA. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive speech-language services to children, supporting their communication development within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators and family members to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student outcomes in compliance with educational standards.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure.
- California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification.
- Experience providing pediatric speech therapy services, preferably in school settings.
- Familiarity with speech-language pathology standards, protocols, and assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
