Job Description

A K-12 school in Oxnard, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time onsite contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across all grade levels. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California SLP license or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification.
  • Credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist with Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, and school settings.
  • Candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred bilingual skills to support a diverse student population.

Location:

  • Onsite position in Oxnard, California, within a K-12 educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy services to students in alignment with school goals and regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress notes.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations to enhance communication outcomes.
