Your skillset should include experience supporting children in educational or healthcare settings, with proficiency in:
- School-based speech-language pathology
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pediatric and teletherapy service delivery
- Assessment, treatment, and IEP documentation
Qualifications:
- Current SLP licensure (required)
- Prior experience in schools and/or pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Ability to work independently within a supportive team
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students of varying abilities
- Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in meetings as needed
- Engage with families and staff to maximize student outcomes
