Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist during the 20262027 school year. This contract opportunity will have you working across two schools, collaborating with established SLPs in a positive, resourceful learning environment. Starting August 18th, 2026 and concluding June 11th, 2027, youll make a lasting impact on young learners by fostering communication skills and building confidence.
What youll need to bring:
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing school-based speech and language services (elementary level desired)
- In-depth knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience with managing an overflow caseload or collaborating across schools is helpful
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across two elementary buildings
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in accordance with students IEPs
- Work closely with in-building SLPs to coordinate care and manage overflow caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student support
- Maintain accurate, compliant records and reporting in line with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, student consultations, and team planning as needed
