Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy practices to suit diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and caregivers, to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans
  • Educate staff and families on effective strategies to support students communication
