Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to individualized student care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students with communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy services targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic/social communication skills
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing education and support to staff and families
