Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY candidates considered
• Experience with pediatric and/or adolescent caseloads in school or healthcare settings
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology, or willingness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 middle and high school students, with an emphasis on indirect support and consultation
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide evaluations
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to optimize speech and language outcomes
• Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Maintain detailed records and document student progress
• Participate in eligibility and intervention team meetings
