This part-time, contract position involves working with a caseload of approximately 30 students, with a primary focus on indirect services and collaboration across disciplines. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric and/or adolescent caseloads in school or healthcare settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology, or willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 middle and high school students, with an emphasis on indirect support and consultation
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide evaluations
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to optimize speech and language outcomes
- Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain detailed records and document student progress
- Participate in eligibility and intervention team meetings
