Job Description

What we're seeking:
Licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students, particularly grades K5
Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Skill in conducting assessments and interpreting results for educational settings
Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
Familiarity with IEPs and relevant school documentation procedures

Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
Designing and delivering targeted interventions for students
Participating actively in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate records
Consulting with classroom teachers to integrate tailored strategies into daily instruction
Engaging with parents and guardians to support student progress
Staying current on best practices in pediatric and school-based speech pathology
