Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid NY SLP license required
  • TSSLD credential
  • Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric speech-language therapy
  • Familiarity with IEP processes preferred
  • Ability to be itinerant, with paid travel between two assigned school locations
  • Commitment to upholding privacy, professionalism, and excellence in communication

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students K-12
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEPs
  • Deliver services at assigned sites, traveling between locations as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in paid administrative time and team meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and adaptive school environment
