A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a school setting in Osseo, MN. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language support to students, ensuring they achieve their communication goals through individualized therapy and collaboration with educators and families.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct speech therapy to students, focusing on articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and provide strategies for communication improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and reports in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and support classroom inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children in a school environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech-language development and evidence-based intervention techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
