Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is required
• Valid Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist License
• Current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) License
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
• Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations
• Support students academic achievement and social communication across settings
