Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
• Previous pediatric experience, ideally within a school setting
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using current best practices
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and prepare necessary reports for IEP teams
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student growth
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student education planning
