Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, schools, or teletherapy preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to a diverse student caseload and age group (to be determined)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and create engaging therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies supporting academic and social development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and mentorship opportunities
