Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Active Professional Educators License
- Experience in a pediatric or school setting preferred
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in PreK through 8th grade
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to ensure positive outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
