Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current and active California SLP License required.
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY qualifications.
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person therapy services at two school sites (elementary and middle school).
• Manage a caseload of up to 55 students, currently at 48.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Work Monday through Friday, 7:30am4:00pm (40 hours per week).
