Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current and active California SLP License required.
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY qualifications.
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and inter-personal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person therapy services at two school sites (elementary and middle school).
- Manage a caseload of up to 55 students, currently at 48.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Work Monday through Friday, 7:30am4:00pm (40 hours per week).

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
