Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with pediatric populationsPre K through Grade 12
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Ability to tailor therapy and intervention strategies to diverse student needs
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other professionals

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across grade levels
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for students from early childhood through high school
  • Provide direct therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting methods for each developmental stage
  • Document student progress, manage case files, and track data for program effectiveness
  • Participate in IEP team meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
  • Deliver training and communication strategies to staff and families
  • Support a positive, inclusive educational environment that encourages every students growth
