Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will be instrumental in supporting learners across diverse grade levelsincluding Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high schoollocated conveniently near Orinda, CA.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of California
• Experience in educational settings serving children from Pre-K through Grade 12
• Familiarity with IEP development, assessment, and therapy documentation
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to different age groups, learning styles, and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized plans addressing speech, language, and communication goals for students
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Facilitate team meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all federal, state, and district mandates
• Contribute positively to the school community, supporting a nurturing learning environment
