This on-site position runs from February through the end of May, providing meaningful services to students while collaborating with a dedicated professional team. Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred, with knowledge of school-based SLP practices
• Must meet any state or district-specific requirements; familiarity with PEL certification or related credentials is a plus
• Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse student caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment goals and plans tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff and families
• Support the current SLP upon her return later in the semester, providing seamless transitions and coverage as needed
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards
