This role offers positions at a variety of school siteselementary, middle, and high school levelsspanning the upcoming school year. Opportunities are available at several campuses with commitment periods such as maternity coverage and flexible part-time or full-time assignments. Enjoy a weekly 37.5-hour schedule and experience working with diverse student populationsincluding those with severe-profound needs and AAC userswithin supportive school environments. Please note, SLPA and virtual candidates will not be considered at this time.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (CCC required)
- Experience with severe-profound populations and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
- Ability to adapt therapy plans across a range of age groups and disability types
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to applysupervision provided
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom learning and student success
- Document progress, prepare IEPs, and participate in eligibility or review meetings as needed
- Deliver direct and consultative services across multiple school sites
