Qualifications:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (CCC required)
• Experience with severe-profound populations and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Ability to adapt therapy plans across a range of age groups and disability types
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to applysupervision provided

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom learning and student success
• Document progress, prepare IEPs, and participate in eligibility or review meetings as needed
• Deliver direct and consultative services across multiple school sites
