Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by providing speech-language services to K-12 students across 2-3 schools as part of a welcoming, collaborative support team. In this contract role, youll work closely with dedicated educators and families to empower young learners through individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy. Enjoy a varied workday with a mix of direct and indirect service, including IEP meetings and collaboration, and take advantage of flexible Zoom interviews with quick hiring decisions.

Your background in pediatric speech therapywhether youre an SLP-CCC or an SLPAwill allow you to address a caseload capped at 67 students using state-of-the-art tools and systems. The district provides thorough training on their IEP software, along with dedicated therapy space to help you deliver engaging virtual or on-site sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP-CCC or SLPA credentials required
  • Experience delivering therapy in school settings (K-12)
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple school sites

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students K-12, both directly and indirectly
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in close collaboration with school teams
  • Maintain detailed records and deliver all required reporting using provided IEP systems
  • Participate in paid meetings and team collaborations
  • Travel between 2-3 assigned schools as needed
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student progress
