Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA certification (CCC or CFY).
- Experience or interest in working in school-based, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings.
- Ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms.
- Track progress, manage caseload, and participate in IEP meetings.
