Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent field
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but consideration given to strong Clinical Fellows
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure holistic care
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as needed
- Provide support and resources to educators and families
