What youll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; CCC accreditation required
- Previous experience providing therapy in a school setting (PreK-12 caseload preferred)
- Proficiency developing IEP goals, tracking progress, and collaborating with educational teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Your focus:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services directly to students, both individually and in groups
- Administer assessments, interpret results, and develop tailored intervention plans
- Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult and coordinate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
