Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations

- Ability to organize and manage caseload effectively
- Familiarity with IEP documentation, goal setting, and progress tracking
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative services within school environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, share recommendations, and maintain required records
- Provide support and guidance to teachers and families regarding student communication
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and complete necessary documentation promptly
