Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFYs are welcome to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in providing therapy to pediatric and school-aged children
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students educational goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services to individuals and groups within the school environment
  • Participate as a vital member of multidisciplinary teams, attending meetings and sharing progress updates
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and IEP-related paperwork
  • Provide resources and strategies to teachers and families to maximize student success
