Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged children preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs based on assessment results and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor students progress
  • Document interventions, maintain accurate case notes, and track outcomes for reporting purposes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
  • Offer guidance and support to teachers and families for carryover of strategies across settings
