• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech, language, and communication therapy for students with diverse needs
• Create and maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
• Offer engaging and effective therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized learning plans
• Utilize best practices and evidence-based approaches within a school-based framework
