Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Kansas for SLP practice
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs considered
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings or working with children/adolescents valued
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs and learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to monitor progress and promote student success
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and IEP documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team collaborations
• Provide consultative support to teachers and support staff regarding strategies for improving communication in the classroom
