Essential Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Flexibility to adapt interventions for diverse student needs

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Design and deliver tailored therapy sessions, both individual and small-group
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and maintain accurate student records
• Provide consultation and resources to staff regarding speech and language concerns
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment through effective interventions
