Essential Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Flexibility to adapt interventions for diverse student needs
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Design and deliver tailored therapy sessions, both individual and small-group
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and maintain accurate student records
- Provide consultation and resources to staff regarding speech and language concerns
- Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment through effective interventions
