Job Description

Make an impact supporting students and collaborate with dedicated educators as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates welcomed
  • Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with caregivers

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in conjunction with IEP goals
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom
  • Offer guidance and training to staff and families on strategies to support communication skills
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district guidelines
