Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience or coursework in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress
• Provide consultation and support to staff and families to enhance student success
• Employ creative, evidence-based strategies to engage children and foster progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student wellness
