Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are welcomed
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Skill in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for a variety of speech and language disorders
• Effective communicator able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and IEP goals
• Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups, adapting to each students unique needs
• Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Offer guidance and education to staff and families regarding speech/language development
